My name is Liron and I am from Durban, South Africa.
Over the past 8 years, I have built up two successful business - SwiftSMS and Swift Consulting and I am proud to say that both companies have survived the “DOT COM” days with a solid business model and real revenue which is what every business needs !
I am passionate about business and its various challenges that business owners face on a daily basis.
I am approached by business to assist in solving some these challenges and I provide consultation service ranging from Systemising a Business, to Organising the company IT network, to providing IT security services and Web 2.0 information.
I am personally involved in all aspects of the IT and SMS Business which I love (although I must say that the best “job” is my Family).
In More details and in reverse order here are some of what I have been up to -
Swift Consulting - an IT consulting business. We offer non-biased non-emotional real advise to companies who are either a) need reassurance before they are about to spend money on equipment/ network/ infrastructure or b) who would like advise on their current systems to identify bottleneck, problem areas and area where money can be saved.
SwiftSMS - a SMS messaging specialist company specialises in developing customised company-specific application as well as offering off the shelf application such as Outlook Add-in, Excel Add-in, Vista Sidebar which allows a company to communicate with their customers via SMS. We also offer companies their own SMS gateway should you wish to have your SMS-enable your own applications.
Messaging Consulting Specialist - Contracted to work in the UK for a large accounting firm as part of their Email messaging team that looked after 110 000 Microsoft Exchange users worldwide. (that was a lot of fun !)
Network Consulting Specialist - supplied network and user specific support and information to a large accounting firm in the UK
IT Administrator - ran the IT department of the local branch of a large Insurance firm.
